PC Financial's head office occupies two floors at TELUS House Toronto, 25 York Street, Toronto.

Sweeny&Co was asked to respond to challenging objectives:

• Create new standards and reduce space from 52,000 s.f. to 40,000 s.f.
• Increase employee amenity space from < 5% to more than 20% of area
• Improve AV and increase number of meeting rooms/areas, and create “Town Hall” space to accommodate the entire organization
• Improve brand awareness, productivity and amenities to support employee collaboration and socialization

Working closely with the PC Financial Team, Sweeny&Co achieved all objectives and the results continue to add value to the company. The new offices provide movable walls, reconfigurable furniture, and flexible space that results in a flexible and continuously-evolving facility that reduces the cost of churn.
