The main offices of Allied REIT is located at the penthouse floor at Queen Richmond Centre West, 134 Peter Street, Toronto.
We worked collaboratively with Allied Properties REIT to create a truly unique, professional office complex at Peter and Richmond Streets in Toronto’s downtown core: Queen Richmond Centre (QRC-West). Located in the Entertainment District, this 302,000 s.f. project integrates two existing historic buildings on the site with a new office building constructed above.
As a result of this collaboration, we were retained by Allied Properties for our Interior Design professional services to design their new 25,000 s.f. corporate headquarters at QRC West.
Working closely with the Allied team, Sweeny&Co led the re-invention of Allied Facilities - including the elimination of private offices, an all-new amenities strategy including teaming kitchen, lounges, impromptu meeting spaces/facilities, more efficient use of the space taken up by workstations, shared tools and more.
Allied's new 25,000 s.f. corporate headquarters at Queen Richmond Centre West is open, bright and transparent.
