Greenwin and Sweeny&Co have partnered to develop what is anticipated as a unique landmark in the downtown Brampton core. Located in a major transit hub, this mixed-use complex will contain multiple spaces for the public to explore and enjoy. The project’s vision aligns with that of Brampton’s future, intensifying an underutilized site in a high growth area of Downtown Brampton.
This site includes a residential component with two high rise towers, hotel suites and a partnership with an internationally renowned hotelier. At ground level there will be retail, and most notably, The Haggertlea Mansion heritage house - home of the city’s first Mayor. At 33 George. future residents will enjoy a walkable neighbourhood just steps away from the Brampton GO Station and future LRT.
The Haggertlea Mansion, was integrated into the site to house an arts and cultural centre and connect the retail at grade to create a dynamic plaza. The open courtyard surrounding the heritage house will be dedicated for public events and gatherings. Beautifully landscaped open areas will be created to provide a safe and comfortable space in the neighbourhood.
The hotel will be operated by an international operator and the lounge and resto/bar will be the community’s favourite destination.
