On April 11, 2016 at the 15th Annual Real Estate excellence Awards competition, Queen Richmond Centre West was recognized as the Office Development of the Year by the NAIOP Commercial Real-estate Development Association.
Seven hundred commercial real estate industry professionals − NAIOP members, valued sponsors, and friends of NAIOP – gathered at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre to recognize and celebrate the achievements of the industry in the past year. The NAIOP REX Awards celebrates the achievements of the office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate industry in the Greater Toronto Area. The awards criteria focus on results (quality and performance), skills (teamwork, collaboration, innovation and creativity) and values (community and environmental awareness).
